This policy explains what personal information AdSphere collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Who we are

We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us. If you submit the showroom booking form, that is:

• Your name
• Your company and your role (retailer, brand or agency, or other)
• Your email address, and your phone number if you provide one
• Your preferred visit window and anything you write in the message field

If you email or call us directly, we hold whatever you send us in that message.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive information — health information, government identifiers, or financial account details.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, arrange a showroom visit or site assessment, and continue a commercial conversation you have started with us. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own, and does not run an analytics package.

One feature loads content from a third party, which may set its own cookies or record a request when you use it:

• The film. Our showreel is hosted on YouTube and embedded in privacy-enhanced mode, which means YouTube is only contacted once you press play. Playback is then subject to Google’s privacy policy.

Our web host keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request — for security and troubleshooting.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only where it is necessary to do the thing you asked for, or where the law requires it. That may include our web host and email provider, who process data on our behalf, and our professional advisers. Where a service provider is located outside Australia, your information may be stored or processed overseas.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and to maintain a record of our business dealings, then deleted or de-identified.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. This site is served over an encrypted connection. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to us over the internet.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to sales@adspheredisplays.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

If you think we have mishandled your information, tell us first so we can put it right. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can refer the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
